Richard Wykes possesses extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Flynn Restaurant Group since 2018, overseeing over 220 restaurants across five regions. Previously, Wykes held the position of Franchise Director at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc., where interaction with 34 franchisees occurred across multiple states. Wykes also owned Rich Restaurant Consulting and Staffing Solutions, focusing on financial success for restaurant owners. From 1993 to 2015, Wykes contributed to Ovation Brands as Chief Operating Officer, managing operational initiatives for 318 restaurants with an annual volume exceeding $700 million. Wykes has a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Southern New Hampshire University.
