Mike Andrus is an experienced Facilities Manager currently overseeing operations at Flynn Restaurant Group since September 2021. Prior to this role, Mike managed facilities for Peak Restaurant Partners - IHOP, where responsibilities included overseeing the management of 45 restaurants across nine states and directing the project management of annual remodels. Mike's background also includes significant experience in construction management as Retail Construction Manager for Ben & Jerry's, where coordination among various stakeholders was critical. Previous roles as Construction Manager for Mrs. Fields Famous Brands and Architectural Office Manager at Myers & Associates further contributed to Mike’s comprehensive skills in construction and architectural project management. Mike began an engineering drafting career as a Design Drafter, following an academic foundation in drafting and engineering from ITT.
