Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in nursing informatics and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene leads initiatives related to care planning and patient bedside education. Prior experience includes roles as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application occurred in a Level One trauma center, and as a Senior Business Consultant for Kaiser Permanente IT, focusing on the development of clinical concepts for the Convergent Medical Terminology. Charlene began their career as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
