Paulina Opiela is a Senior HR Partner at Flying Wild Hog since August 2020, previously serving as an HR Partner. Key responsibilities include communication with employees and leaders, supporting teams in resolving challenges, leading onboarding and off-boarding, and implementing HR projects. Prior to this, Paulina took a career break for maternity leave from April 2019 to March 2020. As the Recruitment and Administration Manager at Cadway Automotive from March 2017 to March 2019, Paulina collaborated with management on business development and streamlined operations. Paulina's earlier experience includes serving as a Recruitment Project Manager at K&K Selekt Human Resources Consulting from February 2011 to February 2017, where responsibilities encompassed client relations, recruitment coordination for various industries, and candidate screening. Paulina holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Rzeszow (2006-2011).
