Ron Dutt is the current Chairman & CEO at Flux Power. Ron has also served as the CFO and Treasurer for Directed Electronics, and the COO and CFO for Famgro Farms. Prior to their work in the private sector, Dutt served as the CFO of DHL Americas.

Ron Dutt has an MBA degree in finance from the University of Washington and an A.B. degree in chemistry from the University of North Carolina.
