Jessica Kirshenblat-Gooderham serves as the VP of Customer Success at Regrow Ag, focusing on climate change solutions through resilient agriculture since February 2024. Previously, Jessica held the role of VP of Customer Success - Americas at EcoVadis from September 2017 to January 2024, where responsibility included market growth and customer satisfaction. Jessica's extensive experience at General Mills from February 2008 to September 2017 involved multiple leadership positions across sustainability, customer development, and trade marketing. Prior roles include Director of Web Development and Commercial Fundraising at Top Prospects in Canada and Asia Pacific Retail Sales & Marketing Executive at DHL. Jessica holds a Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business, complemented by an exchange program at ESSEC Business School in France.
