Michel Dias is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Fluency Academy since July 2022, Michel previously held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Nubank and as a Sr Staff Software Engineer at OLX Brasil. Prior experience includes roles at Itau-Unibanco as an Analista de Sistemas and at VoxAge as an Analista Programador Java, where expertise in web application development and various programming technologies was developed. Earlier in the career, Michel worked at D-Link Brasil as an Analista de Suporte, focusing on network-related issues and software training.
