Roman Fiodorov has held various roles throughout their work experience. Roman started their career at AMSoft Group LLC in 2012 as a Java Developer and worked there until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at iZSearch as a Developer. Following this, they joined Crystal System in 2015 as a Java Developer. In 2016, they moved to Pentalog where they worked as a Software Engineer until 2023. In 2021, they started their own company called FiloSoft Company. Most recently, starting in 2023, they are working as a Software Developer at Kyla.

Roman Fiodorov attended A. Russo, where they did not obtain any degree or focus on any specific field of study. Roman later obtained two certifications: "Software Architecture: Patterns for Developers" from LinkedIn in July 2023 and "Software Architecture: From Developer to Architect" from LinkedIn in December 2022.
