Chris Gaither, MBA, ARM has extensive experience in benefits and compensation management. Starting in 2001 at AIG, they held various roles in claims management, including Claims Manager for Workers Compensation. Chris then moved to Lockton Companies as a Senior Claim Consultant. At JCPenney, Chris served as the Sr. Benefits Manager, where they created a strategic roadmap for improving the company's benefits program. Chris also worked as the Benefits Compliance Manager and ensured compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and FMLA regulations. Later, at Brinker International, they were responsible for plan design, administration, and change management for the company's health, welfare, retirement, and time-off programs. In their role as the Head of Employee Benefits, Chris negotiated a pharmacy contract resulting in significant cost savings. Chris also implemented a new stop-loss clinical review program to lower claims costs. At Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube, they served as the Head of Total Rewards, overseeing benefit and compensation programs and achieving a 10% cost reduction for the medical plan. Currently, Chris is the Head of Global Benefits at Flowserve Corporation, where they have created a three-year plan for the company's health and welfare strategy. With their strong background in benefits management and compliance, Chris effectively implements cost-saving measures and improves the employee experience.
Chris Gaither, MBA, ARM received their Master of Business Administration degree in Corporate Finance from The University of Dallas. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas.
