Rita Fleyfel has held various roles in the financial industry since 2013. In 2013, they completed an internship at Bank Audi. In 2014, they worked as a Bank Teller at Banque Libano-Française. From 2015 until 2021, they worked at Cedrus Invest Bank as an Investment Banking Analyst and Wealth Management Analyst. In 2021, they began working at Multis as a Project Manager to the CEO and at Flowdesk as a Lead Account Manager - EMEA and Flow Sales.

Rita Fleyfel has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, which they obtained between 2011 and 2014. From 1996 to 2011, they attended Grand Lycée Franco-Libanais Beyrouth and obtained a French Baccalaureate - ES. Currently, they are pursuing a Master in International Management from both IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management and ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL, which they started in 2019. In addition, they are doing an Exchange Semester at ESCP Business School from 2020 to 2021 as part of their Master in International Management.
