Jo Klos has worked in a variety of roles in the past 27 years. From 1993 to 1996, they worked as a Sales Administrator at MB Quart. From 1996 to 1999, they were an Inside Sales Supervisor / Client Services at Intertek. From 1999 to 2001, they were an Account Executive at Acucorp. From 2001 to 2003, they were an Inside Sales Supervisor at Intertek. From 2003 to the present, they have been at Glance Networks, where they have held the roles of Senior Customer Success Manager, Director, Strategic Alliances, Director of Customer Success, and Senior Account Executive.

Jo Klos attended Bridgewater State University and Katherine Gibbs School.
