Gabriel Ruiz de Almodóvar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Gabriel started their career as an Internship - Recruiting at Manpower in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Trainee at SanLucar Group. Gabriel then joined Atos in 2016 as an International IT Recruiter. In 2018, they moved to Flowable, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Flowable.

Gabriel Ruiz de Almodóvar completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on work psychology and HR at the Universidad de Granada in 2014. In the same year, they also participated in a one-year exchange program at the University of Valencia. Gabriel further pursued their education in Human Resources by completing a Master in Human Resources Management at ESIC Business & Marketing School in 2015.

Additionally, Gabriel has obtained various certifications related to their field, including "Social Recruiting for Recruiters" from LinkedIn in 2019, "Agile Foundations" from LinkedIn in 2018, "Web Development Foundations: Full-Stack vs Front-End" from LinkedIn in 2018, and "Technical Recruiting" from LinkedIn in 2017.
