Earl D. Bills, MAE, CPC, CPMA, currently serves as the Coding and Compliance Manager at the Florida Department of Health since June 2014, leveraging extensive knowledge of National Coding Systems and regulations to ensure compliance and reimbursement accuracy, while also acting as the Health Department Compliance Officer. Prior experience includes an instructive role at Florida Career College from April 2007 to June 2014, where Earl taught courses on Insurance and Claims, Healthcare Law, and Medical Billing, Coding, and Collections. Earl's earlier career involved positions such as Finance Supervisor at South Nassau Communities Hospital and Patient Accounts Supervisor at New York Presbyterian Hospital, focusing on outpatient billing and accounts receivable management. Earl holds a Master's degree in Organization Management and Education with a Minor in Finance from the University of Phoenix, St. Joseph's College, and Samuel J.
