Martine St-Onge, BAA, MScA, ACC, serves as the Vice-Présidente et Cheffe des Opérations Manufacturières at FLO solutions de recharge since February 2023. With a diverse background, Martine has held various leadership roles including Accompagnatrice de groupes d'entrepreneur∙e∙s et Coach d'affaires at EntreChefs PME, Directrice Chaîne d'approvisionnement at Armoires Fabritec Ltée, and Directrice des Opérations at The Hershey Company and The Allan Candy Company Limited. Additional experience includes key positions in production, supply chain management, and operational coaching across well-known companies such as Barry Callebaut Group and AbitibiBowater, Inc. Martine's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Operations and Production Management from HEC Montréal, complemented by advanced coaching training.
