Lauren Patava is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and equestrian management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at Flipp since June 2016, Lauren has evolved through various roles including Project Lead and Project Coordinator. Prior to this, Lauren spent seven years at Bonaventure Farm as Head Equestrian Trainer, where responsibilities included training clients for national competitions and overseeing the management of competition horses. As a Professional International Equestrian Competitor, Lauren showcased personal and client horses across North America, managing logistics and training schedules. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Equestrian Trainer at Looking Back Farm, where collaboration and mentorship were key. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Guelph and a Post Graduate certification in Project Management from Humber College.
