Ridhima Gupta is an experienced professional in supply chain planning, currently serving as Senior Director at Flipkart after holding the position of Director in the same department. Prior to Flipkart, Ridhima worked at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where roles included Senior Manager for Supply Chain Planning Excellence for Unilever in South Asia, Senior Demand Planning Manager for Modern Trade, Senior Demand Planning Manager for Home Care, and National Manager for Distribution Planning. Ridhima began a career at ISRO as a Scientist. Ridhima holds an Executive Education from the Indian School of Business (2012-2013) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from the University of Rajasthan (2003-2007).
