Amit Agarwal has substantial experience in category management and business development within the e-commerce and retail sectors. Currently, as a Category Manager at Meesho since May 2022, Amit focuses on optimizing the Kids Category by addressing demand and supply challenges. Previously, at Indiabulls Group from October 2021 to May 2022, Amit successfully managed the Home and Living portfolio, achieving 100% year-on-year growth and overseeing brand negotiations and P&L responsibilities. Amit's earlier roles at Meesho involved managing various categories, including Home Decor and Furnishings, where strategic planning, supply management, and vendor relationships were key responsibilities. Amit began the career in business development at Global Solutions Pvt Ltd, enhancing skills in sourcing and supplier acquisition. Amit holds a PGP in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam.
