Guillaume Fournier has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Guillaume started their career as a Developer Intern at Montreal Exchange in 2008. Guillaume then worked as a Developer Intern at Commission de la Construction du Québec in 2009, followed by a Developer Intern position at GIRO in 2010. In 2011, they joined Desjardins as a .NET Software Consultant, where they stayed until 2013. During their time at Desjardins, they also worked as a Solution Developer - Consultant at Avanade from 2011 to 2015, where they worked on projects for clients like Desjardins and CN. Continuing their career, Guillaume worked as a .NET Software Consultant at CN, where they were involved in various projects related to corporate website development and management tools. Afterwards, they joined Ordre des CPA du Québec in 2015 as a .NET Software Consultant, focusing on the migration of their website. In 2018, Guillaume worked as a .NET Backend Developer at PSP Investments before joining Absolunet as a .NET Developer. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Backend Developer at Flinks, starting from November 2020.

Guillaume Fournier attended Université de Sherbrooke from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications from Microsoft. In 2012, they obtained certifications in "70-515 Web Applications Development with Microsoft .NET Framework 4" and "70-516 Accessing Data with Microsoft .NET Framework 4". In 2013, they obtained certifications in "70-480 Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3", "70-486 Developing ASP.NET MVC 4 Web Applications", "70-487 Developing Windows Azure and Web Services", and they were also awarded the MCSD: Web Applications certification.
