Jenn Gowans is a seasoned professional in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Flight Centre Travel Group, The Americas since October 2016. Prior experience includes roles as an International Travel Consultant at Flight Centre from July 2013 to October 2016, and as an Education Coordinator at Oxford Learning Centres Inc. from January 2008 to June 2013. Additional experience encompasses promotional work at 93.7 JRFM, and bartending at Earls Restaurants. Jenn Gowans holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and French from the University of the Fraser Valley, and a diploma in Travel and Tourism from Canadian Tourism College, where the program received CITC’s 5 star endorsement.
