Danielle Mangone has extensive experience in customer success and management roles within the travel and hospitality sectors. At Flight Centre Travel Group, The Americas, Danielle has progressed from an Assistant Team Manager to the Senior Onboarding Success Manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing customer onboarding and satisfaction since August 2016. Prior to this, Danielle served as a Trainer at California Pizza Kitchen, contributing to team development from May 2010 to August 2016, and gained initial retail experience as an Apple Specialist at Apple from May 2009 to June 2010.
