Paul Micheli possesses extensive experience in product development and engineering management, particularly in mechanical and electro-mechanical systems. Currently serving as Manager of Product Development and Engineering Manufacturing at Flexco, since April 2014, Micheli specializes in heavy-duty mechanical conveyor belt fasteners and application tools. Previous roles include Senior Manager at SPX Genfare, where responsibilities included the design of fare collection systems, and Director of Advanced Research and Development at Panduit Corporation, a leader in wiring and communications products. Additional experience includes leadership positions in research and development at ITW Finishing Equipment and engineering management at Rockwell International. Paul Micheli began their career as a Project Engineer at General Motors and also taught engineering courses part-time at the Midwest College of Engineering. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from Northwestern University.
