Michael Kavouksorian has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael began their career as a Sales Associate/Assistant Manager at Mountain Travelers Hike and Ski Shop, Inc, where they gained experience in retail sales and inventory management. Michael then worked as a Data Collector & Research Analyst at the University of Vermont, contributing to a respiratory and lung airway research project. Michael also served as a Consultant at Green Mountain Antibodies, providing their expertise in an undefined role.

Moving forward, they joined Allscripts as a Technical Consultant, collaborating with a team to develop content for pay-for-performance metrics integration. Michael later became a Manager, Financial Analysis at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, where they provided financial management and analysis for the Pediatrics and Ob/Gyn specialty departments.

Michael then pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration at the University of Vermont's Kalkin School from 2002 to 2008.
