Jose Stevaux is a seasoned quality assurance and continuous improvement professional with extensive experience in aerospace and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Fleetway Inc. since October 2020, Jose previously held key roles at Stelia Aerospace North America Inc., including Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement and Continuous Improvement Leader. Notable achievements include enhancing the Quality Management System to comply with AS9100 standards, significantly reducing production cycle times and non-conforming parts, and implementing effective Lean techniques. Earlier in their career, Jose was a Civil Engineer, managing construction projects from inception to completion. Jose holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Maua and a Master’s in Manufacturing Management from Fundacao Carlos Alberto Vanzolini - USP-SP.
