Melinda Garcia is an experienced educator currently working as a Teacher at The Florida Department of Education since July 2021 and has been with the NYC Department of Education since September 2004, specializing in 5th Grade and the ICT Program. Melinda has developed and implemented comprehensive lesson plans across various subjects, established efficient classroom management strategies, and led instruction for Grades 3 to 5 to support students' academic and social development. Prior to teaching, Melinda served as a Store Manager at Delias from 2000 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, a BA in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Master's in Education from Mercy University.
