Carlos Leon is a seasoned professional in the field of counseling and postsecondary education, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Counseling & Match at KIPP Foundation since July 2020. Previously, Carlos held various roles including Manager of Postsecondary Match at KIPP Foundation and Manager of College Counseling at KIPP Colorado Schools. With a strong foundation in college counseling and access, Carlos has also worked as a Post-Secondary Access and Success Analyst at Aspire Public Schools and as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of San Francisco.
