Marta Domènech is an experienced professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as Talent Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Flax & Kale since February 2021. Prior to this role, Marta held various positions at Rakuten TV from March 2016 to February 2021, including HR Manager, Senior HR Analyst, and HR Analyst. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Project Analyst at Rakuten Europe and as Product Manager at TaalTransfer.eu. Marta's career began as a Project Manager at Perceptum. Academically, Marta holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Universitat de Barcelona and a Master's degree in Human Resources from EFEM - Universidad de Burgos, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
