Poya Ezadpana has a diverse work experience, with roles ranging from executive positions to owning their own business. Poya is currently the President, Chairman, and Co-Founder of Flash Health Technologies, a position they have held since February 2018. In 2020, they also became the CEO and Co-Founder of Flashh Marketing. Prior to that, Poya worked as the Director of Investor Relations at Tectonic Metals Inc. from November 2018 to April 2020. Poya also served as the Business Development Manager for Captivate, LLC in Western Canada from January 2018 to November 2018. Poya had entrepreneurial experience as the Owner and Founder of Twisted Ice Cream Gastown from May 2015 to August 2016. Poya also worked as the Director of Business Development at Blender Media from November 2012 to July 2016, where they specialized in online communications for publicly listed companies. Poya started their career at ACL as an Account Executive in the Financial Services industry from August 2009 to September 2012. Poya also had a role at TD in Financial Services from November 2009 to January 2011.

Poya Ezadpana attended Douglas College from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Marketing Management/Finance. Prior to that, Poya attended Pinetree Secondary School, but no specific dates or areas of study were provided.
