Rachael Ambat is a Senior Manager at GENCOR, with extensive experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Audits, Trainings, Sensory Evaluation, Research and Development. Prior to their current role, Rachael served as a Senior Research Associate at ITC Limited. Rachael holds a Master of Science in Food Chemistry and Food Processing from Loyola College and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, Chemistry, and Zoology from Christ University, Bangalore.
