Wanda Gray has over 20 years of experience in learning and development roles. Wanda recently served as the Director of Learning and Development at The Flame Broiler, Inc., where they were responsible for designing and implementing structured learning programs and supporting franchise business owners. Prior to that, Wanda held positions such as Senior Training Manager at Bowlero Corporation, where they oversaw the training and development of operations managers, and Regional Training Manager at Bowlmor AMF, where they designed and implemented training programs for restaurant and entertainment centers. Wanda has also worked as a Learning & Development Manager at Goodwill Southern Los Angeles County, an independent hospitality training consultant, and a Regional Training Manager at Holiday Retirement and House of Blues. Wanda's expertise includes program design, evaluation, and implementation, as well as onboarding and leadership development.
