Luke Borgnis is a seasoned UX and information architecture professional with extensive experience in leading teams and enhancing user experience across various industries, including finance, healthcare, and mortgage sectors. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at FiveOut since September 2009, Luke specializes in rapid visualization and process mentoring for large organizations. Previous roles include Senior Information Architect at OneSpring LLC, where Luke focused on quick requirements elicitation, and Senior UX Designer & Information Architect at Lamb UX Web Design, producing high-quality deliverables under tight timelines. Luke has also managed a UX department at Wells Fargo and served as a Senior Web Designer at both KamTech Systems and BlueCross BlueShield of SC. In addition to a Bachelor's degree in Filmmaking and a Master's in Theology, Luke holds a certificate in Artificial Intelligence.
