Andrea Pazmino has held prominent positions in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant General Manager and previously as Director of Front Office at Fitzpatrick Hotel Group since April 2018. In this role, Andrea oversees all Front Office operations, focusing on enhancing guest service and ensuring financial profitability. Prior experience includes serving as Guest Service Manager and Front Office Supervisor at Avalon Hotel New York from August 2007 to January 2018, and an internship as Room Service Manager at Grand Hyatt New York in 2007. Andrea holds an Associate Degree in Psychology from Hudson County Community College and a Certificate in Travel & Hospitality Management from The Wood Tobe Coburn School.
