Dave Swan is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in information technology, security, and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as SVP, CIO, CISO, and DPO at Fisker Inc since October 2021, Dave has previously co-founded i2Chain Inc. and held significant roles at Natera, 3DRobotics, JDSU, Atmel Semiconductor, EFI, and Altera Corp. Expertise encompasses HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, PCI, and IT SoX compliance, cloud operations, infrastructure management, and information security. Dave holds a BA in Physics and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Vermont.
