As the Founder of ICology, an online community for internal communicators, and co-creator of a unique adaptation of a children's book, Chuck demonstrates a commitment to the internal communications field. Previous roles include leadership positions at organizations such as StaffConnect Group, BroadSign, and Rolls-Royce Corporation, showcasing a diverse career focused on elevating internal communication strategies. An alumnus of Butler University, Chuck holds a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science.
