Taíse Grava August has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as an intern at Circulo S/A. In 2015, they worked as an intern at Bosch Rexroth before joining Inventti as a Support Technician from March to November 2016. Taíse Grava then moved on to Philips, where they worked as a Support Technician from December 2016 to May 2018. From June to October 2018, Taíse worked as a Support Analyst at Movidesk and then transitioned into the role of Customer Service Specialist until December 2021. Currently, they are working as a Product Support Specialist at ActiveCampaign, utilizing their advanced knowledge of the platform to assist customers with their inquiries.

Taíse Grava August completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration from FURB - Universidade de Blumenau from 2015 to 2018. Taíse Grava then pursued further education and obtained a Tecnólogo degree in Information Technology Management from Laureate Education, Inc. from 2019 to 2022.
