Anita Geoghegan (Barnard) is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in managing customer experience and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Operations at Firstsource since December 2021, Anita previously held the position of Vice President Operations at Teleperformance. Anita's career includes significant roles such as VP of Delivery for Southern England at Teleperformance and Head of Customer Experience at Manx Telecom. Prior experience also encompasses leadership positions at Virgin Media Ireland, IBEX Global, HCL BPO, RIAS, and 7C/Vertex, demonstrating a robust capability in P&L management, business development, and operational strategy. Anita holds a BTEC National Certificate in Business & Finance from Pembrokeshire College.
