Rob Pymm's work experience includes their role as Commercial Director at FirstGroup plc, where they were responsible for driving revenue and profit growth, developing customer propositions, and managing stakeholder relationships. Rob successfully guided the Commercial team through the challenges of the pandemic and implemented initiatives to improve fares, network, and financial management.

Before that, they worked at DHL Express UK and DHL Express as a Director of Pricing, overseeing pricing strategies and market research.

Prior to that, Rob held various roles at TUI Travel PLC, including General Manager of Business Development and Senior Development Manager of Yield Management Systems.

Rob Pymm obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics from Birkbeck, University of London in 1995.
