Jake Betzel, CFA has a strong background in finance and capital markets. Jake started their career as an Analyst at Fannie Mae in 2008, where they worked until 2011. Jake then joined J.P. Morgan as Vice President from 2011 to 2014. After that, they worked at W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital, LLC as a Trader from 2014 to 2016. Jake then returned to FirstBank, where they held the position of VP in Capital Markets from 2016 to 2017. Jake then joined Deer Park Road Corp as a Senior Analyst from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working at FirstBank as SVP in Capital Markets, while previously holding roles as Chief of Staff and Portfolio Manager.

Jake Betzel, CFA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance - Investments from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude. Jake has also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
