Lee Betteridge has extensive experience in internal auditing, currently serving as Chief Auditor for Quality Assurance Regulatory Issue Validation at Citi since September 2005. In various roles, including Audit Director and Senior Audit Manager, Lee has focused on auditing compliance and anti-money laundering within global consumer operations, overseeing large-scale regulatory audits, stakeholder engagement, and team management across multiple jurisdictions. Key achievements include participation in high-potential leadership programs, development of audit training for junior staff, and recognition as a trusted partner in compliance audits across Asia-Pacific. Prior experience includes senior business advisory roles at PKF, where Lee trained as a Chartered Accountant, managing diverse audit assignments and developing internal audit procedures. Lee earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Hull.
