Paul McMahon MSc, MSyl, M.ISRM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and security. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager - South for First Response Group since August 2021, Paul has previously held roles including Operations Manager for South - West England and Wales, and Operations Support Manager. Prior to this, Paul worked at Marston Holdings as an Enforcement Officer from November 2017 to November 2020, and at HM Prison and Probation Service from March 2003 to November 2017 as a Senior Prison Officer across four establishments in the UK. Paul holds a Master of Science degree in Security & Risk Management from the University of Leicester, completed in September 2012.
