Hristo Dimitrov has extensive experience in operations and technical support within the telecommunications and online solutions sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Admins at ServiceOS since May 2018, Hristo is responsible for overseeing administrative functions. Additionally, in the role of Operations Manager at First Online Solutions since August 2011, Hristo specializes in call center management, focusing on scheduling, call volume predictions, process optimization, and key performance metrics such as call abandon rates and speed to answer. Previous experience includes the position of IT Technical Support Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing network infrastructure, servers, IP phones, and software solutions. Hristo holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Economics - Varna, graduated in 2008.
