Christopher Banach

Director Of Technical Strategy - Exploitation Sector at Two Six Technologies

Christopher Banach has a diverse work experience in the field of offensive security and cybersecurity. Christopher currently holds the position of Principal Offensive Security Engineer at Two Six Technologies since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at River Loop Security as a Senior Offensive Security Engineer/Program Manager from December 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they led teams and performed security assessments for clients, managing security evaluation programs for Fortune 50 clients in the ISP space and startups.

Before joining River Loop Security, Christopher worked at Booz Allen Hamilton for several years. Christopher started as an Intern in June 2010 and later became a Cyber Security Tester from September 2012 to December 2021. Their responsibilities included system security testing, penetration testing, forensic analysis, and vulnerability assessments. Christopher also served as a Network Security Analyst and Senior Mission Technical Lead for a Department of Defense client. Christopher led a team of 100+ analysts in network and protocol analysis to support the client's needs.

Prior to their work at Booz Allen Hamilton, Christopher worked as an ITS Lab Consulting Supervisor at Penn State University from July 2009 to August 2011. Additionally, they gained experience as a Firefighter at Alpha Fire Company from October 2008 to August 2011, responding to various life-threatening emergencies and actively participating in fire suppression activities.

Christopher Banach, OSCP, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Security and Risk Analysis from Penn State University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Rowan College at Burlington County in 2007-2008, focusing on Computer Science. Christopher has also obtained various certifications including Offensive Security Certified Professional, Security+, GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester, GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), and Certified Ethical Hacker from institutions such as Offensive Security, CompTIA, GIAC Certifications, GIAC, and EC-Council.
