Leif Larsen has a diverse background in the banking industry, starting as a National Mortgage Banker at Chicago Bancorp in 2005. Leif then moved to FirstMerit Bank, where they worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer before being promoted to Asst. Vice President/Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. Larsen's most recent role was at First Midwest Bank, where they served as the Asst. Vice President/Producing Sales Manager, managing a team of Residential Lenders and establishing relationships with various bank partners to originate mortgage loans.

Leif Larsen attended Arlington High School from 1970 to 1974. Leif then went on to earn a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1974 to 1978.
