Shirli Shoham Klein has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shirli began their career in 1997 as a research officer in the Israeli Military Intelligence - Research Division. From there, they moved on to work in various positions, including business development at Klopmann Investments and as a principal and COO in telecom lead at TASC Consulting & Capital.

In 2009, Shirli joined the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel as a team leader, where they worked until 2011. Following that, they joined FIBI (First International Bank of Israel) in 2011 as the head of corporate strategy. Shirli later became the head of digital & innovation, where they established and led the D&I department. In this role, they were responsible for developing a digital strategy, managing product managers, and fostering collaboration with startups.

Throughout their career, Shirli has demonstrated expertise in strategy, business development, digital, and innovation. Shirli has a strong background in various sectors, including technology, telecom, and finance.

Shirli Shoham Klein began their education at Tel Aviv University in the year 2000 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Biology in 2003. Following this, they pursued further education and attained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Tel Aviv University, which they completed in 2007. During their MBA studies, Shirli also had the opportunity to participate in an MBA Exchange program at Brandeis International Business School in 2007, where they focused on Business and Finance.
