Rohit Joshi has over 16 years of work experience in the banking and finance sector. Rohit has held various roles such as Vice President Operations at RBL Bank, Service Delivery Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, and Assistant Vice President at Royal Bank of Scotland Business. Rohit has also worked at Barclays Bank Plc India, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and ICICI Bank in sales and managerial positions. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Business Development - Alliances and Partnerships at DMI Finance Private Limited.

Rohit Joshi attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for their primary education. Rohit then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from The Indian Institute of Planning and Management from 2003 to 2005. Concurrently, they also completed a Post Graduate Program in Planning and Entrepreneurship (PGPPE) with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship at IIPM during the same period.
