Naama Zaidel has a diverse work experience in the banking and legal sectors. Naama is currently serving as the Head of Credit Card & Digital Payments Unit at the First International Bank of Israel since October 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Head Of Marketing and later Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO at Cal (Israel Credit Cards) from February 2015 to October 2019. Naama'sresponsibilities included assisting the CEO in various areas, implementing regulatory guidelines, and defining company strategy. Naama also worked as a Corporate Secretary and Corporate Governance at Cal from 2009 to 2014, and as an Attorney focusing on compliance and customer relations from 2009 to 2010. Before joining Cal, they worked as an Associate Lawyer at Orenstein Cohen law firm from July 2006 to 2009, and as an Intern at Ron Gazit, Rotenberg & Co. from March 2005 to March 2006.

Naama Zaidel obtained a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.M) degree in Law from Tel Aviv University, completing their studies between 2001 and 2005. In 2006, they received certification in Layer from the Israel Bar Association. Continuing their education, Zaidel pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2008 to 2009.
