Pam DiMartile is an experienced professional with a diverse background in banking, entrepreneurship, and business development. Currently serving as a Digital Operations Specialist at First Hope Bank since August 2023, Pam previously held the role of Universal Banker at Fulton Bank, where responsibilities included providing consumer lending solutions and enhancing customer experiences. As Program Manager at The Dyer Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Pam designed programs that equipped students with essential skills in entrepreneurship and innovation. With a foundation in media and marketing as a Business Support Representative at WXPN and as Director of Business Development at Domestic Church Media, Pam has successfully launched business initiatives and developed new markets. Pam's career began as President & Owner of Feeney Associates, Inc., where two clients grew to twenty over a 22-year span. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Lock Haven University.
