Janette Harbour has over a decade of experience in marketing, currently serving as the Marketing Mandatory Communications Manager at First Direct since June 2014. Prior to this role, Janette worked as a Marketing Promotions Coordinator at First Direct from August 2006 to May 2012. Janette holds a CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing, earned from Wakefield College during the 2010-2011 academic year.
