Bridget Benson serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at First Dakota National Bank since September 2016, bringing extensive experience in human resources. Prior to this role, Bridget held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Applied Engineering, Inc. from 2008 to present and worked as an HR Specialist. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Alcoa from 2006 to 2008. Bridget Benson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2006.
