Mike Tidwell, PHR, SHRM-CP has an extensive background in Human Resources, with experience in various roles ranging from Staffing Consultant to Director of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Mike has successfully managed HR functions, recruitment, employee relations, and training programs. Currently serving as the SVP, Director of Human Resources at KS Bank, Inc., Mike demonstrates a strong commitment to enhancing employee enrichment and wellness programs. Mike is also pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Western Carolina University.
