Rodney Arbon is a seasoned data engineering leader with extensive experience in designing and implementing data architecture solutions across various platforms, particularly Azure. Currently serving as the Data Engineering Lead at First Central since October 2023, Rodney previously held the position of Lead Data Engineer at Doctor Care Anywhere, where leadership of a team focused on Azure-based data solutions and CI/CD deployment pipelines was key. Prior roles include Lead Data Engineer and Business Information Developer at Vita Health Group, where significant achievements in data centralization, automation, and solution architecture were realized. Rodney's earlier experience at AXA encompassed various analytics and customer insights roles, and at Aviva, the focus was on reporting and performance management for key corporate partners.
